Vivomove Hr screen issue

My vivomove HR digital screen stopped workong almost completely now. It started dissapearing last week and is now almost completely faded. I have checked in the dark as well, it's not the brightness, I think the entire ligt is just dead now because it started in one corner. I can tey to blindly start an exercise but it's very difficult as I can't see anything on the screen. I have charged it, so its not battery. 

  • Same thing happened to me after about three years I had my Vivomove HR. I contacted Garmin support through their chat, but as I expected there was nothing they could do. I believe it is the display that deteriorates over time. 

    Considering the watch was almost three years old and I was planning to replace it soon anyway, I ended up buying a new Vivomove Style. 

    Contact Garmin support and see what they say, even more so if it is still under warranty.
