Vivomove hr not charging

Hi, yesterday I discovered that the display wasn’t showing on my vivomove hr so I’m unable to adjust anything or see battery level. Battery should have been ok as I had only charged it two days before. I’ve updated the app and it is still syncing and has all the information there but can’t view it on my watch. I’ve attached and detached it to the charger a few times and also charged it overnight. The hands are still working. Any suggestions?

    Hello! When you attach to the charger, does it show that the battery is charging? If you plug it into a computer, does the computer recognize it? I would like to get this resolved for you, are you in the US or Canada?

    • Hi. I’m in Australia! The only things that show on the watch when plugged into charger are the clock hands and they are keeping time. The green lights on the back go out once the charger is attached but no battery charging symbol shows. My phone recognises it. I adjusted the hands via the app today as they were slow. The app says it syncs it and the information seems to be correct on the app. I’ve cleaned the battery terminals with spectacle cleaner and a cotton bud. I’ve plugged it into the laptop for the first time now and nothing happens except the green lights go out on the back. I hope you suggest what I can do. The watch is two years old.
