Unfortunately no I live in England! Is there anything else I can do by my self or if I bring to some specialist do you think can be done something about that problem?

I'm experiencing the exact same thing. The heart rate sensor (green lights on back) are on constantly. I've reset the watch, and tried turning the heart rate sensor off, but it remains on constantly, draining my battery in a few hours. I'm in the US - any suggestions?
Hi I just started seeing the same issue 2 days ago. The green lights are always on (even after I turned off the heart rate sensor), and now the battery doesn't last over a few hours after a full charge. Resetting the device to factory default doesn't seem to fix the issue. How do we get help being in the US?
