steps are blank on vivomove hr

Today, twice now, my steps icon is showing the footprints and '- - ' like blank steps, but nit zero. Connect is showing steps from 5p, but no steps since then. I reset earlier in the day, it fixed it temporarily, then stopped again. Vivomove hr bought Aug 2019

Hello! If the device has been reset and you are still not getting steps, it sounds like the device needs to be exchanged. Have you reached out to Garmin Support yet?
