HR led always on

Vivomove HR w/ fw 5.30

Problem: HR led always on (not blinking nor turning off and on) but no hr recording. Battery drains in few hours.

Already tried:

- Going back to factory settings

- power off

- update through garmin express

- contacting garmin assistance

Any suggestion?
