Bluetooth - TURNING IT OFF MANUALLY... PLEASE READ

Hello there,
My mom is currently wearing fibit watch that doesn't have an option to turn bluetooth off, so I decided to buy her Garmin instead.
It seems like the basic Vivomove HR watch is having a function to turn bluetooth off to stop EMF pumping. (if somebody used a meter to scan frequency while it's off please let me know)
However my main question is that she is worrying about the pulse tracking - so I would like to know how long watch is keeping this info in the memory? Meaning how often my mom would need to re-connect bluetooth in order for it to sync with phone for the whole picture and then turn it off right away? Website description saying 14 days memory, is it true?
I would greatly appreciate anybody's time to answer this question.
Stay safe!

P.S. If somebody can recommend any other models please let me know, money is not the question. Just don't want it to have GPS, Garmin PAY or other extra signal emitters...
