Counter-clockwise minute ”motor” doesn’t work

When activating the menu the hands are suppose to go to 10:10. However, only the hour hand moves. If I’m not mistaken, the minute hand adjusts count-clockwise in order to get to 10 min passed ten.
Then when the watch is “deactivated “ the watch adjusts the hands and now the minute hand is adjusted clockwise the number of minutes the time is passed 10:10 (so if the time is 12:25 the minute hand moves 15 minutes clockwise forward. This messes up the minute time since it doesn’t adjust to 10:10 when the menu is activated.

Also when I try to set up the time manually (using +/ -) the minute hand only is adjustable clockwise (not count-clockwise). It makes no difference setting the time through the app or on the watch. The minute hand does not move count-clockwise.

Is there a fix (I have done reset multiple times) or do I have to return it?

    do you have any updates on this issue ? I'm facing exactly the same issue problem with my Vivomove Style and I didn't find any answer.

  • What does happen when you put the watch to charge? Both hands should move to the noon position a second or two after you plug in the charger

    for me every time the minutes hand takes the shortest way to the position it needs to go to, and when this shortest way involves going backward, well it stays at its position and don't move at all, and after that it moves forward as if it was going to the initial position it was on at the beginning, this is when it looses alignment and is not displaying the correct time ...

    sorry for posting two times in a row, the only solution I've found so far is to disable all notifications and leave it being a simple watch, I'm waiting for the customer service to answer me or propose to send it back ...
