I too have the problem where the watch will not leave the "calibrate hands" menu. Hitting the back arrow next to "Alignment Complete" only returns it to the "Align Hands to 12:00" prompt.

Mine also struck in version 4.9 , Garmin Express saying i am up to date. Any solution?

How to fix that the hands Will show wrong time and needs to ve recalibratet every Day?

I've ran into the hand calibration issue as well. I've only needed to calibrate my hands a couple times a year but each time I try from the watch is gets stuck in the calibrate menu. The only way to calibrate now seems to be from the Garmin connect app. The music controls are still pretty much not functional so it seems like nothing was fixed and more was broken.
