Clock hands incorrect after calibrating!

I have a new (3 days) vivomove HR and am struggling with it staying the correct time on the hands. Digitally is correct, I have calibrated multiple times and it fixes it temporarily (longest about 5 minutes) then it will revert to 1 hour behind, then 2 hours behind or some random time. So frustrating! I thought maybe location on phone but that’s on always for Garmin watch. Any ideas? Thank you!

I had this issue with the same watch! I went back to the store I got it from and they replaced it with another as their tech team couldn't find a fault with it causing the issue. Now the watch I have has lost digital display and functions after only 3 days. I'm thinking I may just ask for a refund this time. Disappointing as it's so nice for a smart watch!

I have the same issue - Garmin when are you getting a fix for this?

  • Hello! I apologize this has happened. Can you tell me what is happening with the device? Also, have you re calibrated the device and made sure it was up to date?

Hi, same issue here. The hour hand needs calibration every time I sccroll through the widgets. Especially hydration and step counter widgets are causing the biggest misalignment. Latest software installed
