My watch quite often (understatement) get the hands out of sync, so it is a bi-weekly excercise to calibrate the hands.
Until now, on fw 4.50.
I can still calibrate the minute hand, but the hour hand does not move. It's stuck during calibration.
I have tried a reset on the watch, no difference. To be honest, this watch really is bad. I have had vivoactive, vivoactive hr and a vivoactive 3 and they all worked perfectly over the years. This watch hasn't worked well for more than a fortnight at a time :(
