has anyone had issues with the vivomove HR touchscreen not working? I’ve only had mine for a week, and am having some serious issues getting to the menu, and also with the double tap when starting and stopping a workout. About to return!
I had issues getting to the menu at first too. In my case, I was just not tapping hard enough, thinking that it just wasn't reading my finger touching it. Now I tap it hard with my finger tip/finger nail just above where the number 6 would be and it works every time. There are some other postings on this as well. It seems a common issue.
