The hour hand on my Vivomove HR is completely offset - for example, when the time is 9:30, the hour hand is already on the 10. Is this a warranty case?
If the device software is up to date and the device has been calibrated, the device may need to be exchanged. Please contact your local Product Support at support.garmin.com to set up the exchange.
I have had my hands get out of sync from time to time, this is unacceptable and does not make it a reliable time keeping watch. I want to love this and love the physical hands, but if the hands get out of sync then how can you rely on it, sending mine back and going for the fenix 5s instead. If you got to keep checking the hands are correct and even have to resync from time to time is not good enough.
