Hello, I bought my watch 2 weeks ago, but I am wondering how does it calculate calories? Does it use all day HR to calculate active calories?
Also this morning I made a walk 3 km and according to the activity I burned 172 calories. But in the same time in the tab for Calories I have active calories burned of total 140 calories?? How is that possible?
Another thing- few days ago I walked 3,74 km for 40 minutes and burned 302 calories. Yesterday I started an activity for walking and did the same 3,74km but from time to time I was running a little bit and I did it for 26 min and the calories I burned were 289 ?? Can somebody explain me more about that?
