I never got to the bottom of it. I honestly just didn't know where to take it next. Unlike the pain you experienced because it was in your wrist, I thought people would have a hard time believing me that…
Me too. I have linked my Garmin Fenix 5S to causing considerable shoulder pain on my left side.
I bought a vivoactive s4 a couple months ago and just returned it to rei today because of pain. After only a couple hours it would feel like a growing pain in my wrist. I assume it was the hr monitor. Oh well.. I’m over watches. I run for fun, not to nerd out on my stats
I have a Forerunner 245 Music and I have also noticed pain in my wrist and sometimes further up my arm on the side where I wear it. I now only wear it for exercise. I would also like to know if it is caused by Bluetooth or other radiation. There seems to be a lot of other similar threads of people complaining of wrist/arm pain... I'll be contacting Garmin to let them know
Yes! I just got a Vivofit 4 and almost as soon as I put it on, my wrist started with pain that eventually started to radiate up my arm to my shoulder. I moved it around and it went away for a few hours. I took the Vivofit off to shower and when I put it back on, the pain started again immediately. This time it wouldn't go away and it seemed to be worse. UNFORTUNATELY, I received this for a recognition gift at work and I don't think I can return it. GARMIN folks, what is going on?
It wold be best if you reported this directly to Garmin support via phone, chat, or email at https://support.garmin.com, as mentioned by Garmin-Blake on this thread.
It might be the technology. I bought my vivosmart hoping it wouldn't give me nerve pain like the Fit bit did to me. I'm starting to get nerve pain after two weeks of wearing my Vivosmert. It's strange how some people are affected with pain and some are not.
I have started feeling dull pain in my watch arm after 10 days of wearing the watch. I also had this with my Fitbit and TomTom spark. Have a look at this article https://emfacademy.com/fitbit-emf-radiation-what-you-should-know/
