Cracked Screen

My wife cracked the screen on her Vivomove HR at work. It had a screen protector on and appeared to have caught the watch on the side! She does not recall any knocks so we are not happy at the fragility of the thing!

will speak to Gramin this week to see what can be done.

Sorry to hear. I cracked a 735xt with a protector (albeit a film one). If in the US, they will likely offer you a refurbished one at a decent discount. Still it is dissapointing.

Thanks Andy275, the watch is less than a month old so certainly do not want a refurbished unit as it was a Christmas present for my wife. I want the screen replacing so will call them tomorrow.

I don't think they directly repair individual units as it would take too long, so effectively, they will likely sell you someone else's repair. Warranty still goes until end of your current unit. Good luck.
