I woke this morning after clocks changed and the time says 4.10pm and it's 3.51pm. Whe. You want to see the menu, when it normally says 9.15 to avoid the menu area, it now moves to 9.35.
I've tried syncing, and re syncing. But this hasn't worked. Does anyone know what to do?
The typical solution has been to go outside and do an activity that uses GPS (run, bike, etc.). Assuming you have a Garmin device that has built-in GPS.
Without knowing your specific device, there are instructions that might also help you:
Syncing the Time
Each time you turn on the device and acquire satellites or open the Garmin Connectapp on your paired phone, the device automatically detects your time zones and the current time of day. You can also manually sync the time when you change time zones, and to update for daylight saving time.
Hold MENU.
Select System > Time > Time Sync.
Wait while the device connects to your paired phone or locates satellites (Acquiring Satellite Signals).
