Lost connection, analog only working Garmin vivomove 3s

Analog watch working, nothing digital is. Plugged in but still no digital display. Bluetooth says 'an app is needed to use this device'. App says to 'enable Bluetooth to run on this device'. I can't if my screen won't show any display though. I've had it for 3 days only, worked perfectly until today

As mentioned above, it came right by itself. When the battery is completely drained it seems to need extra time plugged in to start the charging

I have the same issue and on my screen it says missing, I cannot access anything and the watch cannot be found in the Connect app. Any help really appreciated.

I spoke with Garmin live chat on this website, they sent me a reset link to use via my computer. This didn't work so they are replacing my watch, I had to provide proof of purchase and they arranged the return and replacement. Get on the live chat here and tell them the problem, they are really helpful.

Mine came right after about 20min plugged in to the charger - the empty battery sign came up, showing zero charge, then started charging.
