touchscreen stopped working

hi all,

Anyone know how to reset your device if the touchscreen is not working?

my 3S is working fine but the touchscreen does not light up any more so I connot use any settings on the watch itself.

is there a way to reset from connecting to the laptop?

The watch is no longer connected to the app as I was told by help to disconnect bluetooth (now cant reconnect as cant see pair code on teh touchscreen!)

Have you tried plugging the device into a computer and syncing with Garmin Express?

How Do I Install Garmin Express

If so, do I have your permission to email you?

Hi,

Thanks for he contact Garmin-Isabella I emailed [email protected] withthe issue and have recieved an email from [email protected] asking me to mail the watch back and I will recieve a new one.
