Vivomove 3S. Can't align hour hand.

Vivomove 3S. The watch hands show 1 hour ahead of the actual time. If I look at the watch, the digital time display says 9:40, but the hands are at 10:40. I have tried the hand alignment both from the Garmin Connect app and from the watch's touch screen.  Neither one moves the hour hand.

  • I spent a very long time on chat with support.  The problem is partially fixed.  I had to reset the watch, un-pair with my phone, and then pair back with the phone.  After that, I could reset the hour hand on the watch touch screen.  I still can't align the hands from the iPhone app.
