Vivomove 3 hands showing wrong time

I have had my watch less than a month and right off the bat pretty much, its been giving me problems with displaying the wrong time on the analogue display.

I am quite tech savvy and I've aligned it numerous times. I have changed the time feed from auto to manual and back again. I have plugged the device into a computer and removed the cable to force it to restart. I have done a factory reset. I've aligned it via the app and via the watch face. There's literally nothing I haven't tried but as soon as it's been aligned it starts to display the wrong time within 5mins.

You can imagine how irritating this is when I've paid £180 for the pleasure of being told the wrong time

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
