Vivomove 3 - Watch Hands are showing wrong time even after sync and alignment

I have had vivomove hr for some years. Rarly synced with garmin express. Three weeks ago watch started to show different times in digital and watch hands. New alignment of watch hands have only work for some hours then big driffts occurs. Ok. Watch was some years old. I bought new Vivomove 3 and configuerd and synced with garmin connect, also firmware update done. After one week same issue. Any ideas? (Keep in mind: new alignment of watch hands have only effect for some hours).

Hi there! I am so sorry you are experiencing this on your new watch now. Can I have you reset your device and then if the issue happens again, can you update me here?

Thanks for your response!. Device reset was what I did yesterday. Up to now it works fine. We will see next days.

For completeness software releases Vivomove 3: SW 3.60 / Net 2.00 / TSC 2.20 / SNS 5.00

After 12 days problem does not occurs again. Seems problem is fixed. But I'm wondering why it happens on two clocks. Anyway, Vivomove 3 should works as expected now.

hi there i have the same issue, even after factory reset it doesn't work. I have tried auto and manual time setting but the minuet had is always wrong even immediately after aligning the hands :(
