My the time (manual hands) on my watch aren’t syncing to the correct time

The digital time on my vivomove is correct however the hands on the clock face are no longer syncing to the correct time

I have set the hands aligned them set them outside to work with the satellites syncing… ran the battery flat… reset the hands and nothing works. What do I do!???
