Vivofit jr3 not display name main screen ?

New jr3 won’t display the child name on watch main screen. Always says Garmin at top. Have followed instructions set up etc and does sync

any clues?

Hello! Have you tried deleting the childs profile, synced the device then set up the profile again and synced the device?

Assuming you’ve already put your child’s name in. Go to where you select watch face options in settings and make sure the one that has Garmin on it isn’t selected. If it is, simply select another option that has your child’s name on it.
