vivofit jr. 3 - bluetooth off

Hello. The Bluetooth can not be disabled on the device. You would have to disconnect the device from the phone itself. 

My problem was not for the phone, but for my son who has a watch with bluetooth on his wrist all day ... So you can confirm that the bluetooth is always on?

I was wondering if it was the same thing with the vivofit jr 2?

if so, is the watch in silent mode until it sees a paired device and then stars sending information? (I just want to make sure the watch antenna was not broadcasting all the time)

Hello, does this mean the antenna is broadcasting all the time? I just got the vivofit jr 3 for both my children and am concerned the Bluetooth cannot be turned off and what this means in terms of radiation exposure.

If it’s not synching does it mean bluetooth is off?

I think it’s always on. My kids love the watch and wear it all the time. 

Can you please confirm whether or not the Bluetooth is active all the time or only when syncing data?  Thanks. 

I think it’s always on as there’s no way to turn it off.
