Vivofit Jnr sleep data not syncing?

Hi there,

My daughter sleep data is not syncing to the app? Can you please advise how we can fix this?

Can you please remove the device from the app then pair it back and sync. We also want to make sure the device is being worn 2 hours before bedtime.
