Vivofit jr2 has completely stopped counting steps. Everything else seems to work

Hello! Does it indicate 0 or is it frozen on a number? How long have you had this device and when was the last time the battery was changed?

I also have this issue. I have changed the battery, reset the Vivofit, re-snyced with my iPhone and still nothing. The step count indicates 0 and all the other options can be scrolled through. We bought it just over a year ago.

No problem! Here is the support for Garmin AU 1800-235-822 I encourage you to call them and find out if they can help you get this resolved. 

Did anyone ever solve this issue? The watch is over a year old so out of warranty. So annoying. Garmin, could you please suggest a solution as I am reluctant to buy another in case it happens again. Thanks

Try resetting by holding the device key for 10 seconds. It solved the problemfor us!
