Vivo fit jr 2 has completely stopped counting steps. Everything else seems to work.
We also got the same issue. Tried resetting by holding the device key for 10 seconds and it solved the problem!!

Thanks. We tried this but holding the button doesn't reset the watch as it suggests online.
