All of the alarms on my sons Vivofit Jr. 2 quit working. All sounds and alarms are set to on. The only sound it ever makes is a beep after it syncs.
We are having the same issues for a brand new Vivofit Jr 3. One of the alarms are working, the others are not. We try setting them as chores, and not as chores, as well as making sure the bluetooth is paired. We bought this primarily for the alarms to help our child. Any ideas?
Hi there! Can you remove the device from the app, hold the button for 1 min on the device and let it reset. Then add the device back to the app and add alarms and sync.
Can you provide instructions on removing the device from the app?
