I recently purchased 2 Vivofit jr devices for my boys. We have set up chores and rewards and they have earned enough coins to now request a reward. We have logged into the app and selected request on the reward of choice and it is just sitting there saying "requested". Can anyone please tell me where the request gets sent to and how to approve it? I don't have a Garmin device myself and it isn't going to my email or anything.... PLEASE HELP!?!
Yes I have the Vivofit Jr App and Yes, it is where we award coins and have click "request" on a reward.. but it is just sitting there pending awaiting approval. See attached screenshot of what I see... just doesn't allow approval anywhere? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1387595.jpg
Sorry, I don't know enough about this device, beyond what is available by reading the manual. If you don't get any additional help here, then best to contact Garmin phone support on Monday.
