My daughter’s Vivofit Jr stopped recording her sleep 3 days ago. Before that, it was working fine. Firmware is 2.6. I don’t know when the firmware was updated or if that has anything to do with it not working.
Hi, I forgot to post an update but this issue was resolved. About a week after my first post, the sleep tracking function started to work again on my daughters device. I’m assuming something was done on the backend as I didn’t do anything or make any adjustments or change any settings.
