Vivofit 4 not updating steps personal record again, eventhough this issue was resolved a couple months ago.

So, I surpassed my steps personal record and it is not being updated in my app or pc. I had this problem last year for a while and this was resolved a couple months ago, and was working fine for a while. This has been resolved by the people who take care of the app I guess, thanks! Is there anything I can do for that not to happen again please?
