Why is the display on my vivofit4 always flashing?

Why is the display on my vivofit4 always flashing? It flashes on and off about once a second. It's been doing this for weeks. Otherwise it seems ok. Replacing the batteries and synching it doesn't help. What can I do? Thank you.

    Hey there! I would like to find the cause of this for you. Are you by chance able to post a video of the flashing screen?

    This is not normal. Even after replacing the batteries. We need to get this exchanged for you. I am going to reach out to by email.

    Good afternoon. I am also having the issue described in the video. My Vivofit 4 is newer, I purchased it a few months ago. Is this something that needs to be replaced?
