Vivofit 4 not updating time and date

I finally changed the batteries on my Vivofit. It seems to sync ok with the app but the time and date won't update! I can change the watch face, set alarms, change which widgets shown in the menu but the time and date still won't sync.

I've done resets, unpair/re-pair... anything else I can try???

    I would uninstall and reinstall the app. If it still doesn't work, I'd call customer service for them to diagnose it. They'll give you a code for you to enter to pull the logs.
