No time or date display on Vivofit 4

My Vivofit 4 suddenly does not display anything other than steps (no time, date, etc.). The device will not reset and I cannot get it to sync either via the ant stick or via the Connect app. Any suggestions on how to get it to display the time?

I have exactly the same issue. Is someone know what to do??

We had the same problem, we went onto the connect app, then clicked more, then tapped Garmin devices and had to add the device again.

This then allowed us to change the display face.

This did not work for me. My vivofit 4 is unable to pair to the connect app now. =(

I am having the same problem! I have restarted my phone, removed app, disconnected vivofit and removed the battery. The Garmin won't connect and wouldn't reset

I just had the same problem. I deleted app from phone, removed the vivofit 4 from Bluetooth, reconnected Bluetooth, re added the garmin connect app and went thru the app setup process to connect the device and it now works.

I had just replaced the batteries because it was blacking out on me. Looks like you did the same things but not sure if you removed the Bluetooth connection and reconnected that. If not you might try that too.

Thanks! The Garmin manual was useless and my frustration level was up. Just got this device 3 months ago and thought it was a lemon.
