I have put a new battery in but my Garmin vivofit 3 won't start.

My Garmin vivofit 3 stopped working so put a new battery in, but the screen only shows a white square with a red line on top. Holding down the on/off button for 10 seconds doesn't reset it. Any ideas please?

Ok now got it sorted. White screen with red line means replace the battery, making sure it is the right way round - the front cover is the part with the screen on!

Hey could you tell me how you sorted the issue out exactly, I am having the same issue
