Hello, my name is Sanjeev Mansotra, I have a new resolution this year 2024 to reduce weight and be fit. Please help me set fitness goals in my Vivoactive 3 Series.

I am not sure what you want to achieve, you need to keep track of your food (using MyFitnessPal to track them) and the calories entry will tell you what you spent (base + exercises) and what you consumed. To reduce weight there should be a delta of 300-500 calories more spent than consumed. Be warned, if you are building muscle the weight will go down very slowly since muscle is heavier than fat.
