Vivoactive 3 powers off after unplugging from charger

The watch works fine when the charger is plugged-in and shows 100% battery, but once I unplug it the screen goes black and keeps like that until I reconnect the charger.

So contact Garmin Support since the battery might be the issue. You can try to reset it by holding the button for 15 secs while on the charger, but I think it might be a hardware issue.
