Vivoactive 3 is stuck on the forced test mode screen, pressing the button doesn't disable it

Stuck on a screen 'Press and hold the power key to disable forced test mode' then underneath 'Forced test mode disabled' pressing the button doesn't do anything. I've tried plugging it into a laptop but screen doesn't brighten or change.
