Is there any way to help me with mine too? I am currently downloading this fit file repair tool, as I've tried a bunch of online ones and can't get it to work. Installing Runtime 2010 lol... I had a way longer run than normal today and in my watch it shows distance and pace, but no other metrics.. If I could even get that to upload that would be amazing

So I downloaded and installed access and the official fit fixer. I got it to show up with 11.77 miles of distance so pretty close! At least I have something! Looks like the pacing died at around minute 55 and everything was messed up after that point. Maybe I'm missing something in the program, if you want to try and see if you can get all 13.2 that would be awesome! 

I was running normally up until around 2 hours, and my music suddenly went off. After that the watch was "glitchy" super slow to respond and I couldn't get the music to go back on. Finished up the last ~1.5 hours and when I finally ended and saved the run, it was very laggy but did come up with the prompts and "Save". 

Also, The Fit File Repair Tool did seem to work for that 11.77 so I'll take it, but wondering if the watch is getting old or what
