My vivoactive 3 crashed and I need some advice. I think it crashed last night or the battery depleted. I charged it and then put it on my wrist before I went to bed thinking it would boot up and didn't look to see if it was charged or not or booted up. I woke up to an empty watch face ( black). So I decided to hold down the button for a few second to see if that would do anything and it reset it back a few weeks to Jan 21st. I thought of doing a hard reset back to default? I am not sure if this would fix it. Thanks!
