App named Run(2) installed - Is it needed

I have a second hand Vivoactive 3 so I don't know the history of it. On the watch  I notice there is an app listed as Run(2). I don't use it and don't know what the difference is between the two. Is this needed or can I/should I delete it.  Thanks
