Distance & gps not working

Hello,

My vivoactive 3 doesnt show distance moved, it only calculates the time. Also the gps keeps searching forever in vain, kindly provide solution. This is a brand new watch.

GPS files are updated when you connect it to Garmin Express (PC/Mac), when it is connected to your phone with GPS/location enabled it should fix faster. Make sure you are outside without something blocking the GPS signal and it should fix in a couple of seconds.

There was a recent update on the sensor hub software, check the top of the forum in case gps version reads 0.00. The best solution if that fails is to contact Garmin support.
