I'm Brazilian, and my wife's Vivoactive3 (White) Gold-Rose watch was normal, battery life 7 to 8 days in version 7.8
After upgrading to version 8.1 the watch doesn't last 2 days, I did everything... reset, formatting, sync and nothing, so I contacted Garmin support, and to my surprise this watch is not sold in Brazil!
To exchange, I will have to send my watch and wait weeks and they will send another one, but I will have to pay high rates in Brazil, not to mention that the dollar is almost 6x more than the real price...
This is absurd!!!
How does a brand like Garmin not have a restore mode to a previous version???
How do I download version 7.8 from the Garmin website?
Has anyone here failed to go back to the previous version?
Next watch will not be from this brand for sure!
