i took my new vivoactive 3 out of the box, paired it to my phone in seconds and it was perfect. around two hours later the watch froze. since then i've not been able to pair with my phone. i've plugged in to garmin express and found a new update, but that hasn't made a difference other than updating to the correct date!
i've deleted the mobile app, i've restarted the device, i've restarted the phone, turned bluetooth on and off. done all of the suggested troubleshooting options, but never get as far as being given the pairing code which i was given when i first switched it on. any help appreciated
