When I stop for a coffee etc on a walk why does the watch add distance if on auto pause ? Even if I don’t move it adds more distance. It was 3 miles out on what it should have been ? Driving me mad.

I found that autopause when stopped was too unreliable. Sometimes it doesn't pause when I stop and sometimes it doesn't un-pause when I start moving again. I changed my autopause settings to a very slow pace number instead and that works flawlessly for me. I set my watch to pause when my pace is slower than 30 minutes per mile.
