Since I have automatically received the new version of microcode firmware for my watch "Vivoactive 3 Software Update - 6.64 Sensor Hub update (released December 15th)". I am no longer able to activate Bluetooth on the watch and my optical heart rate sensor (OHM) is no longer working.

Il have carefully followed the resolving steps to deal with Bluetooth issues.
I have updated the microcode with Garmin Express.
The wristwatch does not appear in the Bluetooth devices in IOS. Just like Bluetooth is no longer working on the watch.
The green light measuring heart rate under the watch is not lighting (optical heart rate sensor (OHM).
I have done a hard reset with no result.
How can I fix this problem?
Can I go back to the previous microcode?
