When is Garmin to release fix for latest Sensor Hub update that has crashed the sensors on multiple users watches?

This update has left devices with no BT or HRM (and other) sensor functionality.

I had this update OTA and via Garmin Express and both result in FW Version 0.0 displayed for the sensors.

Here too, my vivoactive 3 showed a 'sensor update' this morning and now bluetooth and optical HRM are both gone. Update was automatic via phone. On a side not, it is not possible to disable automatic updates, is it? Not the first time an update worsened performance :-(
