My Bluetooth keep asking me PIN numbers

Hi there

Got bit confusion from yesterday my garmin can't connect at all it keeps asking Bluetooth PIN which no idea how to get it. Try 0000 and 1234 but it didn't work at all. Already restarted both apps and restart new garmin still have no clue. Any idea with this thank u

Android or iPhone? In either case, the PIN is displayed on your Garmin, which should be entered into the Garmin Connect app when prompted.
