Is my Vivoactive 3 bricked?

Greetings:

I unplug the usb cable from Vivoactive 3 while it is connecting to Garmin Express Windows 10.  Now the watch completely freezes. It stays in below state which the screen and button are unresponsive.  Is there a way to revive it?
