Does anyone know if the Whoop arm sleeve will fit the Vivoactive 3 for jiu jitsu/bjj training?

No it doesn’t,
I’ve moved from whoop to Garmin and had the whoop 3.0 arm sleeve
It was a tight rectangular space to slip the whoop3.0 into.
whoop 4.0 is smaller, so doubt that would work either.
